Evolution Homes was established in 2006, since then we have built nearly one hundred premium homes for the discerning buyer. We build homes with a strong focus on a high-end finish, many of which are 2,000 square feet and above. Our attention to detail and style results in quality homes for you and your family to grow and thrive in. We don’t just build houses, we build homes.

We focus on smaller scale developments; we believe that not only should a house should be built well, but it should be built to last. Evolution Homes has a particular focus on the sites we develop on, ensuring that each home and design is sympathetic to it’s surrounding area; we do this by sourcing the right architects and the best materials - ensuring that every home is considered and thought through with the specific location in mind.
Building relationships
Unlike many large scale builders, our small team forge strong relationships with our buyers. Maintained through consistent close contact throughout the build process and of course once you move in we want to ensure our buyers are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
